As you know, everything is handmade & made to order round here so I need to let you know a few things before you order:

1. Turnaround times are longer for made to order/ custom items (may take up to 14 days during busy periods or possibly longer at Christmas time due to a high demand of orders)

2. All items are different and may be ever so slightly different to images on the website. This is because everything is made to order & unique as I like to call it :)

3. I deliver locally! So if you’re within a 2-3 mile radius from the East Grinstead/ Crawley area please message me & I can hand deliver your item (+ will refund your postage for you!)

4. I will keep in contact with you throughout the order process making sure you’re happy with everything along the way, so please leave a contact at checkout or message me on socials so we can stay in touch!

5. Lastly… PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO ORDERING so I can confirm I can 100% fulfil the item in the time frame you need them by. I hate to disappoint so want to make sure you’re happy with the turnaround time & design I create!
